Everyone has a story. And mine is one I would have written differently but have made it work for me. With no direction in high school or my early 20's, I took the path of least resistance and worked as a secretary. There was never a thought of furthering my education or creating a career for myself. Later as a single mom, the thought of a career was even further from my mind. But one day I realized I couldn't afford to raise my sons on the salary I was making. More than that, I realized it was time for me to consider my future and what I wanted both for myself and for them.

I enrolled in the accelerated degree program with Albright College and worked two jobs while going to school. In 3 years, I graduated with my Bachelor's in Business and I was on my way! I started in an HR Specialist role and raised my hand for every opportunity that came along. With hard work, determination and a little luck, I worked my way to a Global VP of HR within 3 years of starting in the function. I continued my journey and saw myself leading an HR group with facilities in 7 countries. 

My HR journey continued in different capacities in the next 15 years. I've had great experiences and met amazing people. I've learned alot. But what is most important to me, is that I've never forgotten how it felt to be where I was. And to need help in forging a path. That is why I have such a strong passion for developing leaders, engaging employees, and especially helping women find their way in the working world.

Why do I tell you all of this? Because everyone has a story. And mine is one of hard work, helping hands, gratitude and joy. I am a thinker, a problem solver, and a genuine coach, mentor, and business partner. And I love to help people and businesses thrive and bloom. How can I help you?
